What does a Brené Brown book, an autumn holiday in Egypt, and the acquisition of the world's oldest glove factory have in common? The answer became the inspiration behind the 2026 Kalmus Jewellery Collection.

 

RHANDERS driving gloves have been developed since 1957 with a focus on grip, comfort and world-class craftsmanship.
Originally created to improve control behind the wheel, the driving glove has evolved into an iconic design that unites function, materials and style – worn by royal chauffeurs, racing drivers and as part of the modern wardrobe.

Rina Hansen sets out to uncover the glovemaker’s secret passed down through generations, exploring the hidden capability of leather – and the remarkable relationship between thickness and glove size.

Experience more than 800 years of royal glove craftsmanship as RHANDERS celebrates Royal Run with complimentary bubbles, guided museum tours, and a special exhibition of the glove worn by King Frederik X during the coronation. TV2 will broadcast live from the store at 10:20 AM.

What began as an internship became a remarkable journey shaped by trust, responsibility and an entrepreneurial spirit. Today, Isabella Rask Nygaard serves as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of RHANDERS, helping shape the future of one of Denmark's oldest luxury houses.
