We ship orders daily Mondays to Fridays.
Orders are dispatched with the most suitable carrier for your location. While we often craft the gloves especially for you, you can expect that we ship your order within 1-6 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It means a lot to us that you a happy with your RHANDERS gloves. They can last you a lifetime, if you get the right glove for you and if care for them accordingly, so we understand if you choose carefully.
Therefore, we offer an easy exchange and return service. For customers within the EU, this service is free of charge.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a swift exchange without you having to place a second purchase. For the return, simply follow the steps below.
HOW TO RETURN
Should you wish to return your order, please do so within 14 days by following these steps:
- Pack the item you wish to return – ideally into the original parcel provided
- Please fill out the return form in the bottom of the delivery note, tear it off and include in the package. Including the form helps us to process your refund faster
- Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel. The label is included in the parcel upon delivery to you and it also contains the return address and tracking number.
- Book a pickup by contacting your local GLS or return your parcel to your nearest return point.
- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us.
Alternatively, you are welcome to return and exchange your RHANDERS products in our stores.
When we receive your returned package we will arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. We aim to process a refund within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, or of receiving evidence of you having sent back the parcel. After you have received the e-mail, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternate means of refunding your order.

Please note that personal monograms cannot be refunded.

If you wish to delete your account along with your personal information, please login to your account, go to 'My Details' and click 'Delete Account'. This will permanently erase your personal information, therefore kindly note that we will not be able to reinstate your account.
