PRICES AND PAYMENT

Order online and pay with VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay and Anyday (Some of the mentioned payment methods may not be available in all countries)

When the order is made, you will receive an order confirmation on your purchase on your email-adress. The payment won't be processed until your order is shipped.

Reservations are taken on spelling mistakes, price errors, price changes etc.

Gift cards and credit notes 
Gift cards are available both at Rhanders.com and in our concept stores. If purchased on rhanders.com the gift card will be sent electronically to the e-mail used for the purchase.

Gift cards and credit notes are valid for 3 years after the issue date. The issue date is visible on the gift card / credit note, and can be used for payment on rhanders.com and in our stores in Randers, Aarhus and Copenhagen. 

DELIVERY

We ship orders daily Mondays to Fridays. 
Orders are dispatched with the most suitable carrier for your location. While we often craft the gloves especially for you, you can expect that we ship your order within 1-6 business days. 

If you have a special delivery wish, then contact us for a shipping quote at customerservice@rhanders.com.

DELIVERY COSTS
The cost of shipping depends on your country of residence: 

Denmark:
Delivery to nearest pick-up point: 35 DKK (Free delivery to pick-up point when orders above 799 DKK)
Home delivery: 55 DKK 
Rest of Europe: From 59 DKK / €8
Rest of World: From 200 DKK / 30 USD

In the checkout you will see shipping cost in Danish Kroners regardless of your destination. 

EXCHANGES

For centuries we have taken great pride in helping you choose the perfect pair of gloves. Why? Because they help giving you warm hands and a happy heart. And, if you choose the right gloves and care for them accordingly, they can last you a lifetime. So we understand if you choose carefully.

Therefore, we offer an easy exchange and return service. For customers within the EU, this service is free of charge.

Please note that products created with personalised monogram are non exchangeable and non refundable, as stated on the monogram order pager. 


HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE ORDER
For the exchange, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the return form
  2. Prepare the package with the items you wish to return.
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label to your parcel. 
  4. Return your parcel to your nearest return point.
  5. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us.

REFUND
When we receive your returned package we will arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. We aim to process a refund within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, or of receiving evidence of you having sent back the parcel. After you have received the e-mail, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternate means of refunding your order.

Should you have any questions regarding your return, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Please note that items with personal monograms cannot be refunded.

CLAIMS

If you have any quality questions or need mending of your RHANDERS products, please write to customerservice@rhanders.com. We will be more than happy helping or guiding you to the right solution. 

We offer a 24 month claim period for product errors that already existed when the product was purchased.

Please note that we take no responsibility for discoloring caused by dark colours or for wrongly handled, maintained or washed products.

We handle your personal information only to be able to deliver your purchases for you and to be able to handle inquiries on your purchase from your side. The handling is happening as described in our privacy policy for RHANDERS ApS. Here you can read more on how your information is handled, when they are deleted and which rights you have when registered. 

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

If you wish to delete your account along with your personal information, please login to your account, go to 'My Details' and click 'Delete Account'. This will permanently erase your personal information, therefore kindly note that we will not be able to reinstate your account.

If you wish to receive a copy of your personal data that we have on our records, you can make a request via the contact page. Once we receive your request, we will send you the data via email within seven days.
