For centuries we have taken great pride in helping you choose the perfect pair of gloves. Why? Because they help giving you warm hands and a happy heart. And, if you choose the right gloves and care for them accordingly, they can last you a lifetime. So we understand if you choose carefully.
Therefore, we offer an easy exchange and return service. For customers within the EU, this service is free of charge and easily arranged when following the simple steps below. If you reside outside the EU, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and our customer service team will assist in creating a return or exchange. When returning or exchanging a product from outside of the EU, the cost of the return falls on the customer.
Please note that products created with personalised monogram are non exchangeable and non refundable, as stated on the monogram order pager.
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE ORDER
For the exchange, simply follow the steps below:
- Fill out the return form below.
- Prepare the package with the items you wish to exchange.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label to your parcel.
- Return your parcel to your nearest return point.
- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us.
- Place a new order containing the product you wish to exchange to. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team if you are in doubt regarding sizing or any product specifications on our website.
RETURNS
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or colour, please use below form within 14 days.
Alternatively, you are welcome to return and exchange your RHANDERS products in our stores.
Please note that we need an order number to process an exchange or return.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

All items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Get in touch with us at customerservice@rhanders.com and we will help you find the perfect size and alternative to your purchase.
How do I find my order no.?
You can find your order number in the email confirmation you received when placing your order. It begins with a "#" and can be found both in the email title, as well as in the right corner of the email content.
Is it free to return an item?
For customers within the EU, this service is free of charge.
If you are based outside the EU the return fee will be deducted from your order. Get in touch with customerservice@rhanders.com to receive your return label.
When can I expect the refund to be complete?
When we receive your returned package we will arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. We aim to process a refund within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, or of receiving evidence of you having sent back the parcel. After you have received the e-mail, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternate means of refunding your order.
