HOW TO SHOP GUIDE

The B2B webshop is created to make it easy for you to shop at any time of day at your convenience. 

 

How to sign in to the B2B webshop:

  1. Sign in to the B2B webshop using the email address connected to your account.
  2. Enter the one-time password sent by email.
  3. Choose the location you want to shop on behalf of. If only location is connected to the given email, this step will automatically be skipped.

Herewith a brief overview of how to shop:

  1. You can see the collections and products, which you have been granted access to.
  2. You can see your wholesale price.*
  3. You place the items in the basket, which you wish to purchase, and check out.**
  4. We accept the purchase order when we have confirmation of available stock.
  5. We ship you the goods together with an order confirmation.
  6. We send you an invoice per email.
        6.a An order fee of 100 DKK / €14 is added to the invoice if the order is less than 1000 DKK / €134.

 

Terms of Payment

All orders placed on our B2B webshop are subject to 30 days net payment.

 

Freight

We ship with GLS in Europe and with TNT or the best shipping solution to rest of the world. Freight will be invoiced according to the weight of the shipment and will be added during our review of your order. The final delivery costs will always appear on the invoice.

* You have the option to view the prices in your preferred or local currency when browsing on the B2B webshop. Please note that orders will always be invoiced in either DKK or EUR depending on your location. Final invoiced unit prices for products purchased through the B2B webshop are aligned  with the latest wholesale order sheet / catalogue.

 **We would like to draw your attention to the fact that at checkout on the B2B webshop a standard free shipping will appear. This amount is not the applicable shipping price and must therefore be disregarded. The final delivery costs will always appear on the invoice.
