How do I find my glove size?
To find your perfect glove size, measure the circumference of your preferred hand at its widest point (excluding your thumb) using a measuring tape. The measurement should be in centimetres. Divide the number by 2.7 to determine your glove size in French inches.
If your calculated size is, for example, 7.15’’, we recommend rounding to the nearest size. Your gloves should rather feel slightly tight at first, as they will adapt to your hand with wear.

How do I care best for my gloves?
With the right care, a pair of RHANDERS gloves can last for generations. We recommend gently stretching your gloves after each use to maintain their shape. You can follow our guide here.
When not in use, store your gloves flat, away from heat and light. For optimal care, storing them in our signature RHANDERS glove box.
At RHANDERS, we use the finest quality full aniline leather, which does not require spray, cream, or grease. In fact, applying products to the surface can damage the leather. We recommend using only a dry cotton cloth to gently polish the leather.
Can I pick-up an online order in a RHANDERS store?
Yes, it is possible to pick up an online purchase in one of our RHANDERS stores. We kindly ask you to bring either the confirmation e-mail or your order number.
How can I return an item?
If you wish to return an item purchased in our store, you are welcome to do so in-store. We kindly ask you to bring your receipt to ensure a smooth and efficient exchange.
Can I exchange or return an item I purchased online in store?
Yes, it is possible to exchange or return an online purchase in one of our stores. We kindly ask you to bring our confirmation e-mail or order number. Then we can easily find your online order in our system and ensure a quick exchange of items.
I have lost one of my gloves. What should I do?
We have gathered a selection of our most popular single gloves allowing you to find a match for your lost one. Rather than replacing the entire pair, you can choose a single replacement glove. Explore the selection here.

It is possible to get your RHANDERS gloves repaired. At RHANDERS, we believe in repairing instead of replacing. We offer services such as mending seams, resorting your gloves, preparing them for the winter season, or replacing the lining to expand their lifespan.
