What is RHANDERS' 'pick-up in store' service?
At RHANDERS, we offer pick-up in store service, allowing you to place your order on RHANDERS.com and collect your item at your preferred RHANDERS store. Your order will be carefully prepared and presented in one of our signature gift boxes, ready for collection at your convenience during opening hours.
Can I purchase online and pick up in a store?
Yes, you can make an online purchase and pick up your order in one of our RHANDERS stores. When you pick-up your online order, kindly bring a copy of the confirmation e-mail or your order number.
What should I bring to the store, when I pick up an online purchase?
When collection your online order at one of our stores, kindly make sure you bring:
- A copy of your pick-up notification e-mail, or
- Your order number
If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, kindly ensure they have a copy of the notification e-mail or the order number.
Can I engrave my RHANDERS purchase in store?
RHANDERS does not offer in-store engraving or personalised monograms.
If you are interested in engraving your gloves or adding a monogram to your belt, you are welcome to visit one of our stores or contact our customer service at customerservice@rhanders.com. Then we will be happy to assist you with your order and ensuring your item is prepared with a personalised monogram.
