RESERVATION OF FUNDS

PRICES, FEES & SHIPPING
All prices at www.RHANDERS.com include VAT. We reserve the right for typographical errors, sold-out items, technical issues, price changes, as well as changes in Danish VAT and duties. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. 

At RHANDERS.com, we offer free shipping on purchases over DKK 799 in Denmark.

In the checkout you will see shipping cost in Danish Kroners, DKK, regardless of your destination. 

Kindly note that international customers should be aware that local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. RHANDERS ApS cannot refund customs or import fees, and we have no control over these charges. Customers may therefore receive a separate customs invoice after their order has been delivered.

Purchase your items online and choose to pick up your order in one of our boutiques, if it is in stock there. Remember to bring your order confirmation or order number.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At RHANDERS, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, valid from the day you receive your items. Yet, there are certain exceptions. These are specified below: 

PERSONALISED MONOGRAM
Kindly note, it is not possible to cancel or return products that have been made with personal monograms - this is also stated on the monogram order page. 

CUSTOMISED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Kindly note, it is not possible to cancel or return products that are custom-made or tailored specifically for you, and, therefore, does not follow our standard options.

EVENTS
Kindly note, it is not possible to cancel or refund tickets purchased for events held by RHANDERS on a specific date.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to accept the delivery without also notifying us. If you refuse to accept the item, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned goods you have refused to receive. 

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return the item(s) to us after you have received it. You are responsible if the package is lost on its way back to our warehouse, or if any damage occurs during transport.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 
You have 14 days to return the item(s) to us after you have received them. Customers within or outside the EU are kindly asked to contact our Customer Service at customerservice@rhanders.com and inform us whether they wish to exchange or return the item(s).

You are responsible if the package is lost on its way back to our warehouse or if any damage occurs during transport.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM(S) WHEN RETURNED
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that results from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and the way it functions. In other words, you may try the item in the same way as you would have in a physical store, but you may not take it into actual use. If the item(s) has been tested or used beyond what is described above, we consider it used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value. In some cases, this may mean that you can only have the shipping costs refunded.

The item(s) must be returned with the original tags, etc., if you want to ensure that you receive a full refund. Remember to include the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE ORDER

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, we kindly ask you to complete your return form within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To return an online order, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the return form.
  2. Prepare the package with the items you wish to return.
  3. Print and attach the prepaid return label, which will sent to you.
  4. Drop off the return package at a GLS Parcel Shop near you. 
  5. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (a receipt) when returning items to us. 
  6. We will arrange a quick exchange for you, without the need for you to place a new order.

Alternatively, you are welcome to return and exchange your RHANDERS products in our boutiques. Kindly note that we require an order number to assist you with an exchange or return.

Please note that products made with personal monograms cannot be exchanged - this is also stated on the monogram order page.

REFUND
When we receive your returned package, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping cost), and you will receive a notification e-mail. We strive to process a refund within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. 

Kindly note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. 

Please note that items with personal monograms, custom orders, or tickets for events cannot be refunded.

GIFT CARDS & CREDIT NOTES

Gift cards and credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The date of issue us stated on the gift card/credit note. Gift cards/credit notes can be used both online at RHANDERS.com and in our boutiques in Randers, Aarhus, and Copenhagen. Gift cards can be purchases both in our boutiques and on our webshop. 

When purchased through the webshop, the gift card will be sent electronically to the specified e-mail address.

CLAIMS

If you have any questions regarding quality or repair of your RHANDERS products, kindly reach out to our Customer Service at customerservice@rhanders.com. We will be happy to guide or assist you. 

We offer a 24-month warranty period defects that - contrary to expectations - were already present at the time of the purchase.

Kindly note we take no responsibility for discoloration or colour transfer caused by dark leather colours, or for incorrect handling, washing, or care of the products.

PRIVACY POLICY

In order to enter an agreement and make a purchase at our webshop (www.RHANDERS.com), we do need the following information about you:

  • Information on what you have purchased

We handle your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item(s) to you and handling any inquiries related to your purchase. The process is carried out in accordance with the RHANDERS ApS privacy policy. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
If you wish to delete your account along with your personal information, you must log in to your account, go to 'My Details' and click 'Delete Account'. This will permanently delete your personal information, therefore, please note that we will not be able to reinstate your account.

If you wish to receive a copy of your personal data, that we have on our records, you can submit a request via the contact page. Once we receive your request, we will send you the information and data to you by e-mail within 7 business days. 

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to customerservice@rhanders.com

If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

To file a complaint, the item or service you wish to make a complaint about must have a cost of at least DKK 1 220 and no more than DKK 100 000. However, for complaints regarding clothing and footwear, the minimum price must be DKK 790. A fee is charged for having the complaint processed.
