Which contries do RHANDERS deliver?

At RHANDERS, we offer world-wide delivery.

What is the expected delivery time?

The delivery time depends on your location.

  • Denmark: 1-4 business days
  • Worldwide: 2-7 business days

The delivery time may be longer during sales periods and holidays. The delivery time on custom-made items and products with a personal monogram is up to 10 business days.

What are the shipping options at RHANDERS.com?

At RHANDERS.com, we offer free shipping on purchases over DKK 799 in Denmark.

  • Europe: From DKK 59/From EUR 8
  • Worldwide: From DKK 240/From USD 35

In the checkout you will see shipping cost in Danish Kroners, DKK, regardless of your destination.

Kindly note that international customers should be aware that local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. RHANDERS ApS cannot refund customs or import fees, and we have no control over these charges. Customers may therefore receive a separate customs invoice after their order has been delivered. 

How can I track my order?

When purchasing online, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order has been registered with the shipping company.

Where can I find my ordre number?

When you make an online purchase at RHANDERS.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. In this e-mail, you will find your order number, which begins with a # followed by a series of numbers.

If you are unable to locate your order number, please contact our customer service – we will be happy to assist you.

Can I have my items gift wrapped?

All RHANDERS.com purchases are presented in our signature gift boxes.

Before checkout, you have the option to add an order note. Here, you can add if you wish to have the order gift wrapped with a teal ribbon. Also, you have the option of writing a personal message which will be arrive with our gift packages.

Are taxes and local custom duties included in the price on international orders?

No, the import taxes and local customs duties are not included in the price or shipping costs. Therefore, international customers should be aware that this must be paid by the recipient. RHANDERS ApS cannot refund customs or import fees, and we have no control over these charges. Customers may therefore receive a seperate customs invoice after their order has been delivered.

RETURN

How do I return my online order?

If you wish to return your online order, you have to complete our return form. You have 14 days to return the item(s) to us after you have received it.

Our international customers have 14 days to return the item(s) to us after you have received them. Customers within or outside the EU are kindly asked to contact our Customer Service at customerservice@rhanders.com and inform us whether they wish to exchange or return the item(s).

As a customer , you are responsible if the package is lost on its way back to our warehouse or if any damage occurs during transport.

Is it free to return an online order?

No, it is not free to return an online order. When you receive your refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

When can I expect the money to be refunded?

When we receive your returned package, we will process your refund, and you will receive a notification e-mail.

We strive to process a refund within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. 

Kindly note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. 

Can I return or exchange an online order in a RHANDERS store?

Yes, it is possible to return or exchange an online order in one of our RHANDERS stores.

We kindly ask you to bring your confirmation e-mail, our phone number, or the e-mail used for the purchase. Then we can easily find our online order in our system and ensure a quick exchange of items.

Can I return or exchange an ordre with a personalised monogram?

No, it is not possible to return or exchange an ordre with a personal monogram.

Can I return or exchange a custom-made order?

No, it is not possible to return or exchange customised or custom-made orders.
