EVERYDAY USE
Isabella is created to follow you through life's many moments – from boardroom to bar. Over time, the leather becomes even more buttery soft, gradually moulding to the way you carry it. Small scratches, scuffs, and signs of wear, particularly along the edges, are a natural part of a well-loved bag.

CARE
Unlike our gloves, which should not be treated with leather balm or waterproofing products, Isabella's leather can be cared for with a high-quality, colourless leather balm suitable for smooth leather. Gently massage a small amount into the leather and polish with a soft cloth to help soften surface marks and revive the leather's rich colour and lustre. Always test on a discreet area first.

COLOUR TRANSFER
Although our leathers are tested for colour fastness, some colour transfer may occur through repeated friction, particularly in humid conditions. We recommend taking extra care when carrying a dark leather bag against light-coloured clothing, especially when using the leather shoulder strap.

COLOUR FASTNESS
Our leathers are tested for colour fastness and must meet our technical quality standards for both dry and wet rubbing. However, even leather that meets these standards may transfer some colour through repeated friction, particularly in humid conditions.

COLOUR TRANSFER
Take particular care when dark leather comes into contact with light-coloured clothing. For example, the leather shoulder strap of a dark bag may transfer colour onto a light-coloured jacket through repeated friction. Conversely, light-coloured leather may absorb colour from darker fabrics, such as denim.

COLOUR & PATINA
Over time and with use, the leather's surface and colour tones will naturally evolve. This beautiful patina gives each piece its own unique character - reflecting the life of its owner.

LIGHT & COLOUR CHANGES
Direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to strong artificial light can cause leather colours to fade. Store your leather pieces away from light and heat sources, preferably in their original box or dust bag - or keep your gloves in your car's glove compartment.

NATURAL VARIATIONS
Leather is a natural material. Subtle variations in colour, texture and markings are part of its unique character. The dyeing process can also influence the leather's softness, meaning lighter shades may feel softer than darker ones.
