The Swan Bag is a piece of masterful art. A homage to the Danish national bird; the Swan. Its elegant silhouette and full-bodied proportions are brought to life via luxurious leather and age-old craftsmanship skills. Resulting in a soft and intricately constructed luxury bag with no visible outer seams or hardware, making it both endearingly timeless and completely modern. 

For those who value their status as a connoisseur, the Swan Bag can signal a certain level of insider knowledge. Made in Denmark according to 200 years of craftsmanship principles and traditions, and enjoyed clasped, cradled and tucked nonchalantly in the crook of your arm.

This special version of the Swan Bag is expertly crafted from exquisite dear leather from the Royal, Danish forests dating back to 1939, originally chamois tanned and prepared for His Majesty King Christian X of Denmark. Making this piece a precious collector's item.

The Royal Deer Products are released as limited editions, once a year for three years. The first products are symbolically gifted to Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark.

:: 0.5-0.7 mm thickness
:: Cut by hand as per centuries of glove-cutting tradition
:: Designed, crafted and built on more than 200 years of experience
:: Composition: 100% leather body and 100% velour lining

STITCH
Made with the same craftsmanship principles and methods as glove making. Only featuring soft, round edges and movements that trail the material’s natural path. 
CARE & REPAIR

TREATMENT & DAILY CARE 

With the proper care and wear, the Swan Bag can last a lifetime and be passed on to the next generation. 

As a natural material, leather requires looking after. If you care for the leather in the right way, it will become even more beautiful over time. Here are a few tips:

Only clean with a soft brush. Never use soap or water otherwise the velvety look and feel will disappear. Do not apply leather grease or soak the leather. Avoid any chemical products, such as saddle soap, other leather cleaners or household products. Protect from direct sunlight, excessive heat and sharp objects

The care and maintenance of leather will always depend on the specific way in which it is used, the conditions of use and how often it is used.

REPAIR 

We believe in repairing instead of replacing. Some call it sustainability. We call it CARE AND REPAIR.
